September 2020 Real Estate Market Report For Simcoe County

Simcoe County home prices continued to rise in September. In a year-over-year comparison, the average sold price in Simcoe County rose 20% to $786,606. In addition to the rising sale prices, properties spent less time on the market and the number of homes sold increased.

• Increased 12% to $625,857

Townhouses in Simcoe County

• The average price for a townhouse rose 19.2% to $600,910

Condos in Simcoe County

• The average condo price in Simcoe County rose 12.% to $487,625
